How do I Track my Delivery?

Cloud Pharmacy sends all packages via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on what you have selected. 

If you have input your phone number and email correctly then you will receive both text messages and emails from your selected courier with updates on your order.

If you have made an error in entering either of these details then you should make us aware of this prior to us sending your order out as you will not receive your tracking number or any of the tracking updates thereafter.
