Delivery options are chosen at the checkout stage and we can have your order to the very next day if ordered before the 3:30pm cut-off time (Monday-Friday).
Orders for prescription items must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispatched.
You should receive a tracking number from our couriers on the evening of despatch.
Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 15:30 from Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day, and should be received next-day.
Orders placed after 15:30 on Friday and at the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday, and should be received on Tuesday.

If you order after the cut off on a Friday, your order will be delivered on Monday. If you order between Friday 3:30pm and Monday 3:30pm your order will be delivered on Tuesday. |

For Saturday delivery, this option must be selected to ensure a guaranteed service. Orders must be placed before 3:30pm on a Friday. This will be delivered using Royal Mail or DPD dependent on which is more reliable at the time. |
