When your order is shipped by the pharmacy, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your chosen delivery partner. Just press the button and you will be taken to the courier's tracking page.
Royal Mail:
The tracking number for your order will be emailed/texted to you via Royal Mail once they have collected your parcel from our premises and scanned It in at their depot. This is typically around 18:00-19:00 and can sometimes arrive in your junk mail box.
If you have not received your tracking number by the following morning, please contact us and we will find this information for you.
Once you have the tracking number, you can use the Royal Mail website to track your order.
DPD:
The tracking number for DPD will be emailed and/or texted to you once they have collected your order from our pharmacy premises and scanned at their depot.
This is typically on the evening of despatch before 22:00 - you may need to check your junk mail box for this notification.
If you have not received your tracking number by the following morning, please contact us, and we will look to provide this.
