Why Has my Order Been Declined?

Your order has been declined because you may either not meet criteria to allow the treatment you have selected to be prescribed or if you have ordered a specific treatment too many times in a short period of time. 

In both instances, we would always advise you go speak to your GP if you believe you need to get treatment immediately. 

Please note: Cloud Pharmacy is not an emergency service and requirements for emergency treatment should only be ascertained from your doctor or prescriber in person.
