As per General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) guidelines, once a treatment or item leaves a pharmacy (when the courier or patient collects it), it can no longer be re-used. This is the case, even if the package is sealed and has not been opened.
If the treatment has left our premises we cannot issue you with a refund, however if the item arrives and you do not need it anymore, you can send the item back to us and we can dispose of it for you.
If you cannot send the item back to us and you do not require the treatment, then please visit a local pharmacy to allow for the safe disposal of the treatment.
