Refunds are processed by Cloud Pharmacy as soon as we receive notice that a refund must be issued. It does take 3-5 business days for this refund to be credited to your account. This is how long the banks take to process reverse transactions and it is the same across all industries and sectors.
A business day is a day that lies between Monday-Friday, for example- if a refund was processed on Wednesday, it may not be back in your account until the following Wednesday.
